Tara Smith creates another winning look for Rosario Dawson for her night out at the Julian Macdonald fashion show in London!!

  After being linked to winner Matt Cardle last year, stylist Grace Woodward has been replaced by international uber stylist Laury Smith who has been in LA for almost a decade working with A-list celebs such as Lady Ga Ga, Pussycat Dolls and Britney Spears. Laury is joined by celebrity hair stylist Jamie Stevens who has coiffed the likes of Kylie and Elle Macpherson - and promising to polish them off with a dramatic and directional make-up look is Natalya Nair who is responsible for Florence Welch and Estelle's perfect appearances. We can’t wait to see what they have in store!

Looking glamorous in a gorgeous fitted gold dress, model Crystal Renn attends the 2011 opening night performance of "Anna Bolena" at the Met Opera House.  Who else could have created the perfect updo but our Hair Stylist Riad Azar.  We're sure you are wondering how he achieved this red carpet look and we're going to tell you!

"After seeing the dress, I decided that the hair needed to be up.  I wanted to still maintain a young but fun look on her, definitely nothing too stiff looking.  I started off with Bumble and Bumble's Brilliantine, adding it into her hair while it was wet and blow dried her hair out to create smoothness and silky texture.  I separated the back of the hair into two sections and put the lower part in a tight ponytail. 

I sprayed in Bumble and Bumble's Surf Spray and teased the crown section, then gathered it in the back to create another ponytail close to the lower one.  I made sure it wasn't too tight or flat on the top of the head.  Then I made a braid out of the two ponytails and twisted it into a bun in the mid lower back of the head. 

I took the front part and gave it a little height by making another braid from it where I then connected it to the back bun to create a textured, playful updo.  I finished off the final look with Bumble and Bumble's Classic Hairspray to set the look."
